220 HR Foot Reflexology Certificate
**This certificate course is for anyone wanting to learn a new skill or an additional technique to incorporate to your existing practice. Whether you're already a practitioner or someone looking for an introductory to hands on work in the wellness industry, beginner or experienced are welcome to register**
As this course works its way through credential assessment protocols by supporting associations, you'll be sure to be working your way towards a designation that you can perform ethically, safely, and within your scope of practice to be insured.
Reflexology is the application of specific techniques to reflex points on the feet that in return stimulate a healing response in correspondence with all the body systems.
You'll learn:
- skills that you can use immediately from day 1
- history, anatomy, physiology and pathology in relation to the feet
- contraindications that prevent someone from receiving reflexology and assessing the feet before treatment
- ethics, hygiene, scope of practice, liability & malpractice
- business planning and receipt writing
- SOAP note documentation
- an enthusiastic instructor ready to share real experiences!
