I am a certified Reiki Master Teacher & Practitioner of 16 years, Warrior Goddess Facilitator & Shadow Guide & Shamanic Pracitioner drawing from my European Gaelic and my Metis Roots. I’ve created and developed remarkably effective transformational practices that address awakening and embodiment on all levels. Known for my unique workshops on spiritual growth, energy healing, reclamation of the divine feminine, shadow work and shamanism and the awakening path that is unique to women, has had a profound impact on many women across the globe. Cynthia brings 16 years of teaching, workshop creation, facilitating and coaching experience to her work. I have studied, practiced and taught leadership through the Warrior Goddess Sisterhood, 16 years of teaching Reiki Classes with hundreds and hundreds of clients and student , shamanism, energetic healing, Munay-Ki Rites of Passage, meditation, shadow work, the chakra system and mind-body connection. My audiences connect with her down-to-earth no nonsense approach and often experience remarkable awakenings, transformations and healings. My strong connection with nature and spirit has support me to move through lifes darkest moments and transmute them into the biggest lessons, passions and strengths of her life. Using these experiences and teachings, I guide people on their own path to healing, empowerment and expansion. I hold a very strong compassionate container for those I work with and have a very gentle approach although I will and do hold accountable those souls who feel guided to work with me in any of my classes, workshops & group coaching. When you like &/or share posts, even though you may not realize it, you are sparking the interest of people who may have never heard about the wonderful benefits of Reiki or becoming a Warrior Goddess, diving into your Shadows, or even realizing that we, as women have reached a time to take better care of ourselves. I am on my own healing journey, I would describe myself as a “work in progress.” I am a Lupus Thriver and Wellness Warrior with several chronic autoimmune illnesses including Lupus and RA as well as COPD

I don’t think it would have been possible to support others and teach Reiki with any real authenticity if I hadn’t experienced some of the health problems I have been going through, and therefore healing needs, that I have had over the years. Through my own dark night of the soul, coming through the other side took commitment, courage and strength. A goal of mine is to share some of my experiences and assist other people become aware of the many benefits of Reiki and diving in deeply into our shadows and Goddess Essence to keep the system in balance and help prevent illness as well as to treat other chronic illnesses. My first love on this journey was Reiki and still is – Reiki is a complementary medicine that goes hand in hand all other treatments including traditional medicine. It has been used to treat almost every known illness or disease on the physical and emotional levels. Reiki is also beneficial in helping us to stay healthy and keep our systems in balance to prevent illnesses. The main benefits are stress reduction and relaxation which triggers the body's own healing abilities, but there are many more. Although Reiki is and always will be my first energy “love”, my Warrior Goddess Facilitator Training & working in the Dark Shadow Goddess Energy took me deep deep into accepting my healing journey with Lupus. As I moving deeper into my Crone years, I work closer to a more cyclic living with the Elements of earth, air, fire and water with the Directions of the East, South, West and North, the Moon cycles and, of course Goddess (or whatever name you choose to use to connect). THE WALK IS OVER. THE MESSAGE HAS JUST BEGUN.

After more than 2,300 miles on foot, Buddhist monks have reached Washington, D.C., completing a historic Walk for Peace... a journey of discipline, compassion, and hope that touched hearts across the world.

In a time filled with anger, division, and endless noise, they chose silence.

They did not protest.
They did not argue.
They did not demand.

They simply walked.

Step by step, through heat, storms, and freezing cold, they carried a message that needed no slogans: peace is lived, not spoken.

🙏 A Living Prayer in Washington, D.C.

At Washington National Cathedral, faith leaders and thousands of people from different cultures and traditions gathered together in unity. It was more than an event. It was a living prayer — a reminder that beyond language, religion, and borders, the human heart still longs for harmony, safety, and compassion.

Venerable Bhikkhu Pannakara shared a simple truth: walking together for peace is a moment to remember for a lifetime, and a path meant for the whole world.

Along the journey, Aloka the Peace Dog walked quietly beside the monks, touching hearts everywhere and reminding people that peace is not complicated. Peace is trust. Peace is kindness. Peace is silent love walking beside us.

If they can walk 2,300 miles for peace, perhaps we can take one step today.... one breath, one pause, one kinder choice.

Because sometimes, the quietest steps echo the farthest… and change the world. 🙏✨

I’ve been in my own personal “winter” season for over a year.

Each time I believe I’ve surrendered…. I’m called to surrender more as i was reminded today as i pulled this card

I’m learning (always) that some seasons ask for stillness, gentleness, others ask for different things

Throughout this season I’m feeling more tender with me, with giving myself whats needed instead if others.

💜More quietness within
💜More stillness
💜More softness

My body and heart are leading the way this year instead of my mind (thank you creator)

My energy is still low…I at time thiught i was being kazy…. But ive never been lazy nor have I ever been a lazy person…I’m just in a season

And it’s ok I no longer live in the world’s hustle culture…I’m starting to really LOVE this way of being

💜To pause
💜To deepen my roots
💜To trust

Wintering is never a mistake…it’s the soul my transformation has taken root. 🌲

And this lovely rose quart was the first one I purchased 20 years ago. Our son was with me at the old rock and gem store downtown Red Deer. As I was browsing Rick (the owner back then) allowed our son to “polish” this crystal and I’ve kept it close ever since.

Sunspot AR4366 is shaping up to be the most active sunspot of Solar Cycle 25.

In only two days, it has produced five X-class solar flares, and shows no signs of slowing down.

The giant sunspot is turning to face Earth, and we will be squarely inside its 'strike zone' for the rest of the week.

I suspect most of us are not 100% aware of the traumas that can sit in our lymphatic.

I wasn’t until last year 🤷‍♀️

I was trying to support my sluggish GI issues (diagnosis = IBS, no thanks doc, I’ll figure it out) and I came across lymphatic drainage. And of course fascia release (this is was aware of)

The old saying - The tissues hold issues is the truth bomb 💣

Since I’ve started my own gentle daily (almost lol) lymphatic massage and foam rolling with deep diaphragm breathwork, what a change!

Plus I’ve gone for a couple lymphatic massages

Not only has my constant bloating reduced a lot but once in a while those emotions just come out for release

I’ll share a few of my favorites in the comments below, although there are many

Do you feel trauma in your lymphatic system? 💚💛💙

This is something I speak about often in my sessions, but today I want to write it gently… human to human 🤍

So many of us think trauma lives only in the mind 🧠
But the truth is — the body remembers.
And very often, the place that holds it quietly… is the lymphatic system 🌿

I see it every day.
Not because people tell me their stories right away —
but because their bodies already have 💭

💚 The neck and throat

This is where I so often feel it first.

Tight necks.
Swollen nodes.
Jaw tension.
A lump-in-the-throat feeling.

This is the space of unspoken words 💬
Of holding it together.
Of staying quiet to keep the peace.

💚 “I don’t feel safe enough to say how I really feel.”

When this area is overwhelmed, lymph flow slows —
and the body carries the weight of silence 🤍

💛 The chest and heart space

This area holds so much 💛

Grief.
Loss.
Heartbreak.
Emotional overload.

People tell me they feel tight here, heavy, tired…
like they can’t take a full breath 😮‍💨

This is often not a lung issue.
It’s a heart-load 💛

The lymphatic system here is deeply connected to immunity and the nervous system.
When we are heartbroken for too long, the body feels it.

💛 “I’m strong… but I’m tired of being strong.”

💙 The armpits and arms

This one surprises many people 💙

Swollen armpits.
Heavy arms.
Tension in the shoulders.

This is the space of carrying too much 🤲
Doing for everyone.
Holding everyone else up.

💙 “I’ll just handle it.”
💙 “I don’t want to be a burden.”

The lymph here works hard. And when emotional load is constant, it shows.

🌼 The belly and gut

This is the safety centre 🌼

This is where fear sits.
Where early trauma settles.
Where control tries to protect us.

Bloating.
Gut discomfort.
Inflammation.
Food sensitivities.

🌼 “I don’t feel safe enough to relax.”

The lymphatic system in the gut is vast — and incredibly sensitive to stress.

🌿 The pelvis and hips

This area is tender 🌿

It holds identity.
Shame.
Loss.
Sexual trauma.
Suppressed emotions.

People feel heaviness here, congestion, hormonal imbalance — but struggle to name why.

🌿 “This part of my story still feels raw.”

The body never forgets —
but it also never gives up on healing 🤍

🤎 The legs and feet

Heavy legs.
Swelling.
A feeling of being stuck 🤎

This is survival mode.

🤎 “I’ve been pushing for too long.”
🤎 “I don’t feel supported.”
🤎 “I’m exhausted.”

Lymph from the legs must move upward — against gravity.
When we’re burnt out, flow becomes harder.

Why this matters 🤍

The lymphatic system has no pump.

It relies on:
✨ movement
✨ breath
✨ safety
✨ nervous system regulation

When we live in fight, flight, or freeze for too long, lymph slows.

Not because the body is failing —
but because it’s protecting us 💞

And here’s the part I want you to hear clearly 🤍🌈

Your body is not broken 💚
Your lymphatic system is not “lazy” 💙
Your swelling is not a personal failure 💛

Your body has been carrying you through things you didn’t have words for at the time 🤍

Healing doesn’t come from forcing.
It comes from softening 🌿

From feeling safe again 💚
From gentle movement 💙
From breath 💛
From being seen 🤍

And slowly…
the body remembers how to flow again 🌈✨

An X-class flare earlier today caused a widespread shortwave radio blackout in the southern hemisphere. More explosions are in the offing.
