🐍 Cobra
➡This stretch is perfect after a day of prolonged sitting.
It extends the spine and stretches the abdominals, chest and shoulders.

It is important to start slow with this stretch. Don’t force your arms to straighten or your back to over extend. Ease into the movement by starting with the modification first, or even a seated version with your hands pressing into the side of a table.

As always- one exercise is not right for everyone. Check with your physiotherapist for guidance on exercises best suited to you and to find the right modifications!
