Hello everyone! I hope this finds you all well😊 Yesterday, our Premier and association just announced all non essential health care workers have officially been given the go ahead to resume our businesses following the proper Covid protocol June 5th! I will be spacing my clients out by one hour to ensure proper disinfecting of all surfaces. The extra time between clients will help avoid "bumping in" to each other on your way in/out of the entrance area. I will also be required to wear a mask for your protection, but waiting to receive health and safety protocol from our association whether you are required to wear one. I want to make this a comfortable experience for everyone, so I'm hoping that will be your own decision.
I'm looking forward to seeing you in the very near/far near future as some of you may decide to hold off until this new phase is reassessed. I am here for you either way😊

Hi everyone! I'm just checking in to see how you are all doing😊 I haven't forgotten about you and hope each day that goes by you are all taking care of yourselves during these trying times. It isn't easy whether you're trying to balance home schooling your kids, working from home, commuting to work, looking after loved ones, or living in complete isolation...if you need any self care help, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I will try my best to help you or direct you to another health care professional that may be able to help. Until then, the light is looking brighter for us😊 We have gone this far and we will get to the finish line. I will see you there and will reach out once I'm back in action! I miss you all❤

Hello everyone! I hope you're all staying close (but not too close😉) to your loved ones and taking care of yourselves! Remember, staying healthy (mentally and physically) can seem like a big challenge in unstable times and uncertainty. Please keep yourself and loved ones safe and in saying that, I'm doing the same!
I was informed this morning that all non-essential service providers must shut down as of today. I will be available for any questions about aches and pains if you need me! Just send me a msg and I will get back to you as soon as I am able😊 I will reach out once our association notifies us of any changes! Let's just breathe deep, exhale and take each day to reset and realise we aren't really alone, even though we may be in self isolation...
We're all in this together❤ Thank you all for supporting me and I look fwd to seeing you sooner than later!

I hope everyone is taking care of themselves and loved ones❤Keep calm, try to get moderate sleep, fresh air, eat well, hydrate, exercise and all of the good things that should keep your immune system strong.
My door is still open to help you through times of heightened stress and daily aches and pains; although I am taking extra preventative measures to keep everyone healthy...
I am disinfecting all contact surfaces
(I always keep the treatment/bathroom area disinfected😊) and advising those who feel unwell, have been travelling or in contact with others that may have symptoms to please reschedule or wait for at least 2 weeks before receiving treatment.
In the mean time, please stay safe, healthy and enjoy getting outside with your family! It's times like these that we need to slow down and appreciate the little things. Our bodies will thank us❤
