On January 3rd, 2026, the Wolf Moon will rise, the first full moon of the year. 🌕🐺

🌕✨ Named for the deep winter nights when wolves were said to howl beneath its glow, the Wolf Moon has long symbolized survival, intuition, and the quiet strength found in stillness. As this first full moon lights the sky, it marks a moment to pause, reflect on where you’ve been, and set intentions for the path ahead.

to be fitter,
to eat cleaner,
to work harder.

you can resolve to become a whole new you,
if you so choose.

Or, you can take a moment to acknowledge
all you already are.
Because it’s a lot.
You’re a lot.

And you deserve to be commended.

On the stroke of midnight tonight, perhaps you could congratulate yourself, for coping.
For breaking, again,
and for rebuilding, again.

For catching the stones life has thrown at you,
and using them to build your castle that little bit stronger.

You have endured, my friend.

And I don’t see the need to resolve to become a whole new you,
when you are already so very much indeed.

You made it.

On December 4, the night sky will light up with something truly magical — the Cold Moon, the final full moon of the year. 🌕❄️✨

Spiritually, the Cold Moon is seen as a symbol of reflection and renewal. It invites us to pause, look inward, and release everything we don’t want to carry into the new year. It’s a reminder that even in the coldest season, light still finds a way to glow.

On this day of the Full Cold Moon, step outside for a moment.
