Meet Cheryl Moore owner of Simply For Life West Saint John , Nutrition & Fitness Coach, and passionate advocate for women's health. And now, a very welcome addition to the KickBasics family.

As a busy mom, wife, and dog mama, Cheryl gets it. She knows what it's like to juggle absolutely everything. After overcoming burnout herself, she's made it her mission to help others regain energy, confidence, and balance — through movement, real food, real talk, and a deeper understanding of their own bodies.

Especially through perimenopause and menopause, which is a conversation we are always happy to be having more of around here.

Cheryl will be bringing her energy to KickBasics with a 30 minute HIIT-style fitness class every Tuesday at 5:45pm.
