Changes are budding, and will blossom this Spring

I am very excited to announce that as of March 1 2026, I will be moving my practice, Crescent Oak Massage Therapy, to the Metchosin Wellness Collective as part of their growing team.

Location 4495 Happy Valley Road in Metchosin.

This move gives me the opportunity to work more closely alongside other healthcare practitioners, extend my evening and morning hours, and to become more integrated into my local community while having a better work/life balance. It is a change from the last few years of practice, but I am ready and welcome for it.

Thank you to everyone who has helped support Crescent Oak Massage Therapy over the years, and I hope to be able to continue to be part of your team during your health journey.

This autumn has been full of lovely dhalias. This is my last bunch before the extra chilly weather settles in.

Friendly reminder to utilize your benefits before year end. I'm taking the week after Christmas off, but am working every Saturday until than.

My current hours are;

Monday 1pm-7pm
Tuesday 2pm-7pm
Thursday 9am-2pm
Friday 9am-2pm
Saturday 930am to 2pm

December is here ❄️ 🎄

The holidays are just around the corner, and the new year is close behind. So please take care of yourself this season.

There are only a handful of Massage spots left for this year, but please add yourself to the waitlist online as it helps you get in for a last minute cancellation.

As well, my schedule is officially open for the new year. Currently I am only working evenings on Mondays - so please book ahead. Saturdays are not yet available, but again, please use the waitlist so I can see which Saturdays in the month are most needed.

Happy Halloween everyone!
Hope you all are safely and warmly enjoying todays festivities.

Just wanted to post and let everyone know that I have opened up some extra Saturdays in November and December. As well, my schedule for the new year will be open for booking within the next week. So keep an eye on this page and in your emails for more information on that.

Lastly, a big thank you to everyone who has been so patient and understanding when I had to make a big schedule change due to childcare. It really does take a community to raise a child and you all have made it much less stressful!
