I didn’t expect this to heal this fast…

What started as a pretty intense rug burn - red, inflamed, and sensitive - had me a little worried on day 1.

Instead of overdoing it, I focused on supporting my skin the right way.

For the next 7 days, I kept things simple and intentional:
• Protected my skin barrier
• Kept the area hydrated and calm
• Iced the skin 2–3 times a day
• Avoided anything harsh or disruptive
• Stayed consistent with gentle care

The products I kept reaching for were the GlyMed Plus Cell Protection Balm and GlyMed Plus CBD Mist that supported barrier function, protected compromised skin, and maintained hydration during the healing phase.

By day 7, the redness had significantly reduced, texture improved, and my skin was almost fully healed.
