Hi All!
Just an update from us. We are trying to reach out to as many people who have registered as possible. Due to the incredibly high demand of requests we kindly ask the following. Please spread the word:
1. If you have already registered through www.brookswoodvillagemedical.com please do not call or email us to ask about the status of your application, we had to make the decision to not respond to status updates, so that we may be able to use that time to get to other applications. Please trust that we will call you as soon as we can.

2. Questions about the queue: due to the high number of requests, we have had to begin triaging, so please do not be concerned if someone who registered later than you received a call first. We have lots of urgent need in the community and given the pandemic we want to keep as many people as possible out of the hospital.
3. Requests for female physician only: we have added more physicians to the clinic since the first posting to help with the demand, and we have male physicians at the clinic as well. We will not be able accommodate all gender preferences and in the interest of others in the queue, please take the first available appointment with the first available physician offered or you might be placed further down in the queue.
4. Meet and greets: once you are booked for a meet and greet you may not necessarily be paired with one single physician. We have a huge need in the community for patients with chronic conditions who need to be followed by one single physician. Therefore depending on many factors you may be taken on by the clinic as a whole, ie. you may see various doctors in the clinic (whoever is available) rather than just one physician. 
5. Only patients who have filled out a registration form and have had their first meet and greet are patients at the clinic, until this time please seek medical care from nearby clinics or current GP or ER if urgent as we try to get to patients who are waiting to hear from us.
6. Telehealth versus in person visits: for patients who have already had their meet and greet, for any follow up appts please call us at 6044164272 to be booked for a telehealth appt. if you want to/need to be seen in person please let the physician know during the telehealth appt so that can be arranged. Telehealth appt prior to in person appt for the time being.
