Allergy season can disrupt sleep, focus, and daily routines.

Seasonal allergies are commonly triggered by pollen from trees, grasses, and weeds. Symptoms may include sneezing, congestion, runny or itchy nose, and watery eyes.

Limiting exposure can reduce flare-ups. Keep windows closed on high-pollen days, change clothes after being outdoors, and consider saline rinses to clear nasal passages.
