Moments like being at the gym with my daughter remind me to slow down long enough to actually enjoy the moment I am in.
Not rush past it…..

When we pause, even for just a moment, it becomes easier to notice what we truly need.

And-what matters.

A strong body, strong mind and a fulfilled happy life I believe grow from presence. From paying attention, even in the smallest moments. Moments of laughter, appreciation of what our bodies can do and care for ourselves that in turn, spills out to others.

So today, take a breath.

Meet Sam — beautiful inside and out. Strong, consistent, and excited to try new things, proving every week that you don’t need to live in restriction.

Sam wanted to feel strong again…
Without giving up pizza, Tuesday wings + beer, or date nights.

So we built a plan that supported her real life — not perfect. Balanced.

Fast-forward a few weeks:
more energy
feeling her abs
clothes fitting differently
confidence coming back, and most importantly…
She actually enjoys how she’s taking care of herselfā™„ļøā™„ļø

This is what happens when you stop chasing extremes and start choosing small, steady, doable habits.
-Strength that feels good.
-Habits that fits your life.
-Flexibility with food.

Lifelong, sustainable habits.

Sam is so proud of herself, I am proud of her too!

Your life keeps opening the moment you do.

These last two years reminded me that waiting never created change….
opening did.
Even when it was uncomfortable.
Even when I didn’t think it was possible to take one step forward.

When I started choosing myself —
my energy shifted,
my relationships softened,
my confidence grew,
and my health became something I actively cared for rather than something I tried to ā€œcontrolā€

More flow-less fixing.

Opening meant learning new things.
Letting go of old patterns.
Resting more.
Expanding into life rather than shrinking into it.
Oh…..and sticky notes with all of the positives I could muster!

It is this openness, willingness to be vulnerable that has created more joy, more strength, more clarity, more connection —
internally and externally.

If you’re feeling stuck, tired, or waiting for the ā€œright momentā€ā€¦
maybe this is your sign to open just a little.
A small choice.
A small shift.
A small act of care….where the magic begins✨

For me, this looks like
-hiking and time outdoors
-eating nourishing food
-healthy relationships with others
-coffee at a favourite spot
-dancing

-new adventures…

So ask yourself this:
Do your weekend habits match who you really want to be?

Don’t let your weekends derail your weeks. You don’t have to start over every Monday!

Dana is 31 weeks pregnant-weightlifting, running and moving her body with so much loving intention.

Watching Dana move through this season of life with grace, strength and compassion for herself has been incredible.šŸ’•

Dana’s story has been such a great reminder that caring for your health isn’t about being perfect, it’s about self love. Having the energy to do the things you love, to feel grounded in your body, and to move through the seasons of life with confidence, ease and self respect.

When did it become normal to not take care of ourselves?

I believe I heard this from and it has stuck with me. Be curious!

Some of the ways I fill my cup — getting outside, strength training, dancing, eating nourishing food, laughing often, and sharing love and connection with others. 🌸

Because self-care isn’t just about what we do — it’s about how we feel after.
Grounded. Energized. Connected. More ourselves again.

The truth is, when we take care of ourselves, we show up better for everyone we loveā™„ļø

This weekend was a beautiful reminder of what happens when we lead with love and connection.

I spent time surrounded by humans who are creating, dreaming, and showing up fully — and it left me feeling both tired and completely fulfilled.

When we open our hearts, we create a field of miracles. When we choose curiosity, bliss, and creativity, we raise the energy around us.

Here’s to showing up with more presence, more compassion, and more love — for ourselves and for each other. šŸ’›
