This past year taught me a lot — mostly about myself.
I said yes to things that felt unfamiliar.
I slowed down in ways that were very uncomfortable at first.
I let go of some rigidity and learned to trust myself more.
This quieter space gave me clarity.
It helped me understand how I actually want to live and work.
I believe has also made me a better coach because of it.
Less stressed.
More present.
More insightful.
More human.
Less rigid.
This year, I had the opportunity to work with corporations to help build wellness from within — asking better questions around how teams are supported, how energy is managed, and how people can feel stronger and more grounded in their work.
I continued working closely with women and men, supporting them in creating healthier, happier lives through sustainable habits — strength, nourishment, mindset, and real-life routines that actually fit.
And what’s unfolding next feels exciting and aligned:
a men’s coaching program in the works
more in-person events
and… continued growth rooted in honesty, curiosity, and care.
I don’t believe in forcing change.
I believe in creating space — and letting clarity follow.
This year reminded me that when I show up with less pressure and more intention, everything works better.
For me, and for the amazing people I get to work with.
More to come.đź’•
