I do not coach trends.
I coach standards.

Strength
Nutrition
Mindset…..
Body, mind and soul.

Not as extremes-as a way of living.

This is my Mom and I out for a walk.
This is health to me.đź’•

Not dramatic.
Not performative.
Just consistent.

I work with men and women who are tired of noise and ready to build something steady.

Strength that supports your life.
Food that nourished instead of controls.
Habits that reflect what you actually value.

I do not do punishment.
I do not do urgency.
Nor do I do fake pressure.

I care about capacity.
Clarity.
Love of life and living in a way YOU respect at 35, at 52 and 78.

This is why I do what I do.

Self care is health care.♥️

When people feel supported….
In their body and mind-they become clear.

More open to new opportunities.
More willing to lean into discomfort.

I see this with women.
I see this with men.
I see this in workplaces.

There is nothing fluffy about self care.

This work is abut helping people come back to themselves.

To move forward without forcing it. That is the work.-the change-supported.

I get to do this work♥️

I really do love it.

I ate soup for breakfast.

Not because it’s a trend.

I like soup.
ALOT

It was ready and it was delicious.

So-breakfast…..

Your body does not care if you eat soup for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Your body cares about being nourished.

If it works and feels good. That is enough.

We love to make things way harder than they need to be.

What is your one go-to meal that makes you feel good🥣

A lot of my clients are limiting or deleting social media.

Not as a rule or even forever.
As an experiment to see where they truly spend their time.

This is what they are noticing….
-better sleep
-move connected in moment
-more quality time in their relationships
-their bodies feel calmer
-food choices feel simpler

More space.

Constant input keeps our nervous system busy.
Less input gives us space to settle in to our surroundings.

You do not have to quit.
Just notice-how do you feel after scrolling…and after not.

This past year taught me a lot — mostly about myself.

I said yes to things that felt unfamiliar.
I slowed down in ways that were very uncomfortable at first.
I let go of some rigidity and learned to trust myself more.

This quieter space gave me clarity.
It helped me understand how I actually want to live and work.
I believe has also made me a better coach because of it.

Less stressed.
More present.
More insightful.
More human.
Less rigid.

This year, I had the opportunity to work with corporations to help build wellness from within — asking better questions around how teams are supported, how energy is managed, and how people can feel stronger and more grounded in their work.

I continued working closely with women and men, supporting them in creating healthier, happier lives through sustainable habits — strength, nourishment, mindset, and real-life routines that actually fit.

And what’s unfolding next feels exciting and aligned:

a men’s coaching program in the works
more in-person events
and… continued growth rooted in honesty, curiosity, and care.

I don’t believe in forcing change.
I believe in creating space — and letting clarity follow.

This year reminded me that when I show up with less pressure and more intention, everything works better.
For me, and for the amazing people I get to work with.

More to come.đź’•

Yesterday I turned 52.

This past year, the greatest gift I gave myself was curiosity.

The willingness to finally slow down and be open to receiving.

That looked like…
Working less
Letting my body change a bit
Dropping a lot of judgment
And saying yes to things that felt uncomfortable at first — like dance

This year was awkward.
Hard.
Humbling.
And has brought so much joy.

People have asked how it feels to turn 52.
The answer is simple: good.
Good physically
Good mentally
Good emotionally

I don’t want my life to just look good.
I want it to feel good.

This is the same standard I hold in my coaching —
Listening first, adjusting honestly, and choosing what actually supports you.

Living the work matters to me.
Always đź’•
