You give so much, now it’s time to give it back to yourself. 🌿

Join us on Tuesday, January 6th for an evening of self-care practices with a mindfulness focus that are designed for caregivers. Jenni Abbot of The Harmony Kids Foundation will teach us tools including breathing for calming the nervous system, movement practices to relieve stress, and easy mindful meditations to practice daily.

Time: 6:30 pm

A safe space to share, connect, and grow. Join Rooted and Rising now.

Rooted and Rising is an expressive and therapeutic space for youth from underrepresented communities (inclusive of youth with diverse ethnocultural identities, different abilities, and 2SLGBTQIA+ identifying folx, etc.) to build connections, community, and share stories. For youth ages 12 to 24.

Dates: Every third Tuesday of the month.

Time: 3:30 pm-5:00 pm
