2026 is here. I have decided to stop hiding my emotions. I work hard without complaining and avoid anything that might be perceived as "soft." This leads to stress, anxiety and burnout. It's time for me to practice self-love.
I want the best life possible, and to do so, I need to commit to these important achievements.
1. Exercise
2. Read real books and stop scrolling
3. Socialize with people, not depend on social media
4. Eat well, no more processed food, more grains, veggies and plant food
5. Relax at night, write in my journal and sip on a cup of hot tea
I plan to do this daily. I have one life; it is up to me to live it the best way possible🧘♀️🫖👍📚
