Today is the harvest Full moon and Eclipse!

What are you ready to release , what are you ready to align yourself with? Are you ready to say thank you to the past and its lessons it brought forward to you?

Today, I personally experienced a lot of emotional purposeful purging as I walked back into my pattern of trauma. Trauma is a wound that can be environmental, genetic, situational and that can lead the body to continue to stay in fight or flight fawn and freeze.

Often when left un healed it can lead into physical ailments , disorders, diseases , creating a perfect environment for burn out!

This moon is really truly here to help you clear out all that no longer serves you and welcoming empowering energy that helps you rise!

I was able to sit with an amazing friend yesterday who helped me process mine and truly show me what it feels like to not be given up on!

So thank you full moon and all your lessons and positive change that is coming! I am so grateful!

Connecting to breathe, meditating, tapping, moving your body as well as Reiki and , energy healings will help establish the person truly feel connected to their body again!
