It feels like we are watching a bad TV series where the villain (the Mayor) is ruining/running the quaint small town; and his shady, sneaky secrets are slowly coming out as the town rallies around getting this developer Mayor unelected at the next election.

Starting to peek into my bins of dahlia tubers that have been overwintered. So far so good! I left some in the ground last fall as my head injury halted me in my tracks. Couldn’t muster up the force to dig up the last bed, they looked good 3 weeks ago - fingers crossed they survived our recent cold snap and torrential rains!

Barb Martens asked for a motion to have the new budget presented for councillors to better understand, (and we want to see where the $1 billion in spending has gone!)….. fast forward to the end of the video where the council votes….

And 💥SURPRISE!!😳 …..

Mayor Eric Woodward and his slate of puppets all voted NO!

Let that sink in.

The Mayor and his slate do NOT want a presentation of the budget. I wonder why?
