Welcome Agne to the Novo Langley Crew 🥳

Agne is an RMT who has been practicing for over a year. She focuses on tailoring each treatment to your individual needs and has special interest in treating neck, shoulders, and upper/lower back.

Fun fact about Agne, she is originally from Lithuania and came to Canada in 2013!

Agne will be working at our Langley clinic on Thursdays from 2-7pm starting April 2nd! For all those who need evening appts, now’s the time to prebook😊

We are just over a week away from our community run in Fort Langley! 👟

We will be meeting at Brae Island where we will go through a warmup together before everyone starts their 5km or 10km run. Please be on time as warmup will start right at 10am!

If weather permits, we will have a post run hang as well ☺️

We love having the pilates reformer as a tool to utilize as part of your physio rehab journey!

Our physiotherapists Priya & Daveena are both well equipped & certified to guide you through using the reformer safely for gaining strength and mobility in a low impact way.

They have both completed courses in Reformer Rehab and Priya has taken a specific course in reformer pilates for pregnancy and birth prep.

We will be starting Wednesday, January 7th at McLeod Athletic Park Track at 6:00pm and everyone is welcome!

Whether you’re an experienced runner or just thinking about starting, this is a welcoming space to move, connect and build confidence - at your own pace! 🤗

Welcome Ryan! 🥳

Keeping the new staff announcements coming with our newest physio, Ryan who will be working at our Abbotsford clinic.

Ryan joins the clinic with a wealth of experience in a private clinic setting. He treats a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions including sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, repetitive strain issues and chronic pain.

Ryan’s treatments combine exercise, education, and manual therapy with IMS (intramuscular stimulation) often used as an additional tool.

When Ryan isn’t in clinic, you’ll find him spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, and attempting to learn the art of sailing the beautiful waters around Vancouver Island.

Ryan starts working at the Abbotsford clinic Jan 21st. You can find him on Wednesdays and Fridays 11:30-5:30pm! Online booking open now 😊

Welcome Robyn to the Novo Crew! 🤗

Robyn is our new kinesiologist. Some of you may have met her already as she began working in early October after a very quick turn around from being interviewed and starting within a few days. We appreciate her willingness to jump right in 🤗

Robyn has been a kinesiologist for 4+ years and has worked with concussion patients, athletes, & ICBC.

Fun fact about Robyn: She is a national level ringette athlete! We hope to make a Novo appearance at a game one day to cheer her on 🥳

Robyn is working at all of our locations to provide flexibility for patients. If you can’t find a time that works for you, text the clinic! 🙂
