Welcome Robyn to the Novo Crew! 🤗

Robyn is our new kinesiologist. Some of you may have met her already as she began working in early October after a very quick turn around from being interviewed and starting within a few days. We appreciate her willingness to jump right in 🤗

Robyn has been a kinesiologist for 4+ years and has worked with concussion patients, athletes, & ICBC.

Fun fact about Robyn: She is a national level ringette athlete! We hope to make a Novo appearance at a game one day to cheer her on 🥳

Robyn is working at all of our locations to provide flexibility for patients. If you can’t find a time that works for you, text the clinic! 🙂

We are trying something a little different for our upcoming schedule release! 🗓️

Please set a reminder for this Friday, November 21st at 10am to book online from January through March.

A couple things to note:
- will be working full time at Novo which will include 1 day a week in Langley!
- .rmt will continue to split her time between Abbotsford & Langley (her schedule will be released until end of February for the time being)
- Please do your best to book online through the Jane app
- Book ahead! 🫵🏼
- Can’t find a time that works for you? Add yourself to the waitlist to specify what days/times you’re available to be notified of cancellations

POV: You joined Novo Run Club 👟

We were very fortunate to have good weather for the majority of this round of run club (right up until the final 5k which presented us with unexpected wind 😂) Regardless, all our members did an amazing job and we are so proud 🤗

Our learn to run 5km program is free for all access members, and our community run program you can sign up for virtual (30/month) or in person (60/month)— you can cancel any time or sign up for just a run season 😊

At our monthly in service for October, Kristina led our therapists through an in depth workshop on c-section recovery and scar tissue work.

At Novo, collaborative learning is essential for our team to learn new skills and share case studies to ensure our patients are getting the best care possible 🤗

Priya graduated from the University of Brighton with her Masters of Physiotherapy degree. She has a keen interest in women’s health and will be doing pelvic as well as MSK physio at our Abbotsford clinic! She will be working:

•Monday: 1-7pm
•Thursday: 1-7pm
Her shifts are up and bookable now!

As an added bonus she will be doing Saturday shifts in Langley so keep an eye out for that 😊

Heres some fun facts about Priya…

1. My favourite area to treat is the low back/hip area
2. One activity I have always wanted to try is an ariel yoga class!
3. If I was an animal or insect it would probably be a butterfly as they represent personal growth. I actually even have a tattoo of butterflies on my leg.
4. I think avocados taste horrible.

She has a hot take on avocados and we are here for it. Welcome to the team Priya!!
