Create new brain cells, expand your understanding through reading and self study, group study. Our brains are our software, and is capable of upgrading all throughout our life.

Why do we think many esoteric teachings hold chants or tones? Om, Aum, Ham, Yam, Ram, Vam, Lam, Eee, Aye, Ey, Ah, OH, OOH/OOO,Huh/Uh...etc Different ways of opening and connecting our bodies pathways on many levels and systems.
