Join Courtney and Rachel for a special, intimate experience here on Freedom to FEEL & Horse Guided Healing a peaceful farm nestled in the township of Langley.

We will explore the depths of connection and healing through the nurturing medicines of breath and sound. This gathering invites a slow and deep connection to Self, the release of what no longer serves you, and the nourishment of being held in safe space, in community.

This will be followed by a fire ceremony with snacks and tea after our breath and sound session.
