Meet Angelica Columbus - MA, RCC |

To meet someone new in a therapy room isn’t always easy — and yet, here you are. Angelica believes that while we may grow used to coping alone, we’re not meant to do it alone. Her approach is rooted in warmth, compassion, and deep respect for the courage it takes to reach out.

She works with clients navigating anxiety, overwhelm, substance use, and family challenges, offering a space to slow down and reconnect with the strength that’s already within. With a special focus on men’s mental health, particularly those working in trades and construction, Angelica is passionate about helping clients explore the burdens they carry and rediscover what it means to feel supported and seen.

If you’re ready to begin, we’d love to connect you with Angelica.

“When I am among the trees, especially willows and the honey locust, equally beech, the oaks and the pines, they give off hints of gladness. I would almost say that they save me, and daily.

I am so distant from the hope of myself, which I have goodness, and discernment, and never hurry through the world but walk slowly, and bow often.

Around me the trees stir in their leaves and call out, ‘Stay awhile.’The light flows from their branches.

And they call again, ‘It’s simple,’ they say, ‘and you too have come into the world to do this, to go easy, to be filled with light, and to shine.’”

Meet Craig Bergen, Clinical Intern |

Craig brings a thoughtful blend of philosophy and therapy to his work, inviting clients to explore the meaning behind their thoughts, beliefs, and emotions. With a background in philosophy and training in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Craig gently asks questions like, “What does that mean?” and “How do you make sense of that?”, helping you notice how your thoughts shape your emotional world.

Craig believes that while examining our thoughts can spark change, true healing also comes from being present with pain and struggle, not rushing past it. His aim is to create a space where you can meet both your strengths and your suffering with curiosity and compassion.

With over a decade of experience in men’s residential treatment programs (addictions and corrections), Craig is passionate about men’s mental health, while also welcoming anyone seeking support as they navigate their unique life roles.

Sliding Scale: $40–$80/hr + GST
(Please note: sessions with interns are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.)

“May you honour

the part of you,
who in the most hopeless moment,
asked for help.

The part of you,
who in the darkest time,
decided to create.

The part of you,
who in the loneliest hour,
offered yourself enough safety,
to risk belonging
for authentic expression

and connection.”
