“My Dad has been looking forward to his appointment today, he was asking if “my foot care lady” is on her way”. “
Terry, my 98 year old friend. Was in the war, loved to play golf, and grew up in London. It’s always a lovely visit and it’s so interesting hearing his stories and seeing how happy he is to see me on our monthly visits. I asked to take a picture, as I often have clients asking me what ages my clients are. I most often say I have a client that is 98 and was in the war, here he is ❤️ he will enjoys watching golf, he used to only pay .25 cents to play a round of golf. ⛳️

🌟🌟🌟🌟One year as a business owner!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
One year of working my mom ass off lol. It’s been wild, beautiful, inspirational, and a self care journey. In one year I have seen 600 clients. 600!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
That’s pretty amazing. High five friends 🙌 My husband helps immensely with kids lunches, supper, taking kids to their activities, helping me clean, we are a good team and it would be extremely difficult if I didn’t have him as my number one supporter. Days can be long sometimes, yes…just like yours can be too 🩵Working on work life balance has been my goal since January and it’s been going pretty well for fitness and mental clarity.. Having a successful business means having positive and influential people around me and my heart, it may be a small circle? Yes 🙌
-clarity, inspiration, and supporting my overall well-being 🩵 that’s what I continue to work on.
-negative people have a huge impact on life, so I’m very mindful of this now and I protect my heart and listen to what I am comfortable and uncomfortable with.
-do I have days where everything seems too much and I’m not sure if it be better if I remove myself from everything and lay in bed and cry? Ugh yeah 😭Does it help that I am a women and get a period every month? 🤦‍♀️Ugh no. Does this make things difficult with life? Heck yes, so difficult and hard🔨. Let’s be real here, sometimes it’s hard to breathe and I try my best to get through the day. Like getting in an argument with a 6 year old about brushing teeth 🪥 and then I’m hard on myself for the rest of the day because I yelled or said what I said, yup I’m my own worst critic. Let’s be real here k, I learn from these moments and I’m hard on myself because I want what’s best for my family. (Ok there Nicki…..lol) I do tend to be a little to hard on myself and I’m working on that 🩵Having friends that check in with me and meeting new friends within this community has been beautiful. It’s been a year, a beautiful, amazing, journey of a year!
