🌿✨When the surroundings are calm, the body responds naturally.
We simply allow what is already within.

From my journal — 2019
🌿
After my client’s very first Jikiden Reiki session today,
She said, "Reiki is like peeling an onion, one thin layer at a time, isn’t it? "
I smiled.. yes.
My great sensei 千代子先生 said that too. ☺️
I love this practice, gentle, onion peeling service.💕✨️

One of the reasons I love Reiki is that it is gentle. Nothing is forced.

🌿 Reiki is.
靈氣は、ただ在る。
Reiki is.
Not does, not forces, not fixes.
Just is.
Very Japanese, actually—like aru (ある).
No need to add anything, no need to take anything away.

Radiant, grounded energy—love, kindness, and compassion flowing together.
So grateful for my Jikiden Reiki followers ❤️
I’m looking forward to our next Reiju-Kai

True wisdom is passed on, and so is its practice.
In Reiki, knowledge comes alive only when shared and lived.
Let each action reveal the truth of your heart.

. Gyosei (Imperial Poem) by Emperor Meiji
"Even when no one is watching, and even before gods that are invisible,
to act without shame—
that is the true honesty and sincerity of the human heart."
True sincerity begins within,
beyond what can be seen.
To the people who stayed with me, and to the people who left me this year—thank you 🌿
To those who stayed:
Thank you for standing beside me when life felt heavy or when I was tired, quiet, or unsure of myself.
Thank you for choosing presence over convenience, understanding over judgment, and loyalty over comfort.
Your patience, your listening, and your steady support reminded me that real love doesn’t need grand gestures. It shows up, again and again, in the small moments.
You helped me breathe when everything felt overwhelming.
You reminded me who I was when I started to forget.
You made the journey lighter simply by staying.
🫶🙏
To those who left:
Some connections are meant for a chapter, and I honor that with gratitude and peace.

The word " Reiki " 靈氣 has been around for thousands of years in Japan and China.
Jikiden Reiki is Reiki as it was originally taught in Japan.
As a Jikiden Reiki teacher, I make a strong effort to keep practice and teaching as faithful as possible to the original methods taught by Chiyoko Yamaguchi.
The founder of Reiki technique, Usui Mikao passed down his teachings to Chijuro Hayashi, one of the 20 original teachers of Reiki. Chiyoko Yamaguchi, founder of the Jikiden Reiki Institute, learned Reiki directly from Mr. Hayashi and practiced Reiki for over 65 years. Jikiden Reiki Seminars are taught in the original tradition passed down from Usui Sensei to Hayashi Sensei to Chiyoko Sensei.
In Jikiden Reiki, we don't work with set hand positions, but we focus treatment on the areas where there are accumulations of toxins. It is not just relaxation or spiritual growth. Reiki facilitates the connection between the mind, body and spirit, creating a sense of overall wellness in the body.
When you learn Jikiden Reiki, you can use it in your life every day to help yourself and those around you. It can make such a difference in your life and your loved ones. Reiki balances body, mind and spirit through light, gentle, non-intrusive touch.
Reiki therapy is beneficial not only for those who are in poor health to recover from their conditions but also for healthy people to maintain good health. Reiki works for psychological sides of health as well.
The word "Jikiden" means directly handed down without alteration. Jikiden Reiki is closely aligned with the Reiki Gokai (Precepts) which authored by Mikao Usui for Health and Happiness.
