Earlier this month, the Managers teamed up to surprise the staff at our Langley Spa Utopia with a refreshed break room! This was a surprise a couple months in the making, and one that the Managers spent all night and day working on.
When the staff came to work on November 12th, they saw that the staffroom had been painted light blue and turquoise, a new cupboard had been installed allowing more counter-space, there was more room for personal belongings, and there was more space for them to recharge on their breaks. The new & improved staff room was also equipped with new comfortable chairs, a new microwave, new toaster oven, and new cutlery.
Sure enough, the staff were surprised and loved the changes! And they deserve it!
A big thank you to Amy, Kyla, Nicole, Jackie, Sean, Shell, Mandy, Sarah, and Niki, who planned this for months and worked for hours and hours. This would not have been possible without your hard work, dedication, and sacrifice.
