Our Langley Pilates and Yoga Studio offers a fun, relaxing, compassionate, and understanding environment where you can be comfortable starting out as an absolute beginner or challenging your existing skills. Evolution Studios' certified and specialized instructors are dedicated to giving you the best possible experience. Our instructors have been through internationally recognized comprehensive training programs, each bringing with them a different style and approach to Pilates and Yoga. Our goal is to truly teach you what Pilates and Yoga are by helping you understand how your body moves so you can reach your full potential. We keep our Pilates and Yoga class sizes small so that our instructors can provide more individualized attention to you, making sure you are doing exercises safely and effectively. We understand that every person is unique. There is no "one size fits all" Pilates and Yoga class - our instructors offers modifications to tailor the class to your needs so that each person can benefit from our classes.

✨ Calling Pilates instructors ✨

We’re looking for comprehensively trained Pilates instructors who have completed a minimum 500+ hour certification. Ideal candidates are passionate about Pilates, maintain a strong personal practice across all apparatus, and are committed to continued learning through regular class participation. Experience teaching both group classes and private sessions is required.

Our studio is built on community first — a space where instructors and clients are supported, encouraged, and welcomed exactly as they are. No ego. No pressure. Just intentional movement and good people.

We begin by setting a clear intention, opening space for reflection and conscious giving. A gentle yet energizing yoga flow follows, inviting you to land fully in your body and move with mindful awareness. Through guided pranayama, you’ll deepen your connection to the breath, calming the nervous system and awakening inner clarity.

The practice flows into a chakra-aligned meditative sound bath, supporting the release of what no longer serves you while creating space to receive your intentions and desires for the New Year. We close with mantra, sealing the experience and carrying its resonance into your heart and beyond.
