Lantzville Fire Rescue is an on call fire department staffed by members from our community.

Update:

We are sorry to have to inform the community that the firework show scheduled for tomorrow evening has been cancelled due to the incoming weather.

Our fireworks technicians feel that the heavy rain and high winds are too dangerous to move forward with the display.

Our crews will be out on the streets tomorrow evening handing out candy and keeping a watchful eye for safety.

The District Of Lantzville and Lantzville Fire Rescue will be putting on a fireworks display on October 31 at 8PM. The show will take place on the ocean. The display will be best viewed from anywhere with a view of the Lantzville waterfront.

Reminder this Sunday October 5th - Lantzville Fire Rescue Annual Open House from 10am until 3pm

Lots of activities and information for everyone! Use a fire hose, try a fire extinguisher, tour the fire trucks, fire truck bouncy house for kids and treats for everyone. Face painting from 11am-1pm.

Come to learn about fire prevention and FireSmart. When you are here enter the draw for fire safety equipment, Lantzville Firefighter Association calendars and t-shirts.

Due to very dry fire conditions, we have implement a full fire ban within the District of Lantzville.

If you see smoke call 911 and report it immediately.
