The Depressor Anguli Oris (DAO) is the muscle that pulls the corners of the mouth downward.

This lovely clients DAO muscle was pulling the corners of her mouth down at rest, which:
• Flattened the peak of her Cupid’s bow
• Softened the natural “M” shape of her top lip
