Je suis maintenant en mesure d'offrir les Puncture physiothérapique avec aiguilles sèches (PPAS) comme approche de traitement. Merci à l'Ordre Professionnel de la Physiothérapie pour la formation. Les PPAS sont un outil intéressant pour la gestion locale d'inflammation et de tension musculaire et peuvent être utiles, lorsque combinés avec d'autres approches, telles que l'éducation du patient, l'enseignement d'exercice correctif et la thérapie manuelle entre autres, dans la gestion de toutes sortes de douleurs.

I now offers Dry Needling Physical Therapy as a treatment approach. Thanks to the OPPQ for the course. Dry Needling is an interesting tool to have an effect on local inflammation and muscle tension and can be useful, when combined with other tools like patient education, corrective exercise and manual therapy amongst others, in the management of many types of pains.

On October 15th I participated in the Toronto Waterfront 42k to raise funds for the Canadian Celiac Association. With your help I was able to raise $1,571.21 to contribute to the cause. Cette année je me mets au défi de courir un marathon complet (le TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon) pour la première fois (moi qui n’a jamais dépassé les 11km par sortie auparavant) pour lever des fonds pour Celiac Canada. Une course de 5km faite avec ma conjointe pour lever des fonds pour la maladie de cœliaque. Je suis très fier de ma fiancée d’avoir complété son premier 5k de l’année et ce fut un privilège de partager le moment avec elle au fil d’arrivée.

A 5km run completed with my fiancée to raise funds and awareness for celiac disease with Canadian Celiac Association. I’m very proud of her for finishing her first 5K of the year and it was a privilege to cross the finish line and share that moment with her.
