🧠 Bilingualism does not cause speech or language delays.

💬 Mixing languages (code-switching) is a normal and healthy part of bilingual development.

🏠 Parents can confidently speak their strongest language at home — this supports richer vocabulary and stronger communication skills.

🌟 October is AAC Awareness Month 🌟

What is AAC?
AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) includes tools and strategies—like picture symbols, communication boards, and speech-generating devices—that support or replace spoken language.

Why is it important?
AAC gives children a way to express themselves, build connections, and participate more fully in their world. It doesn’t stop speech—it opens doors to language and learning.

💖 We are so proud of this little one and the amazing progress he’s making. Every symbol he points to is a step toward greater confidence, independence, and connection. Because every voice deserves to be heard.
