Southwest Therapeutics Centre is a multi-discipline treatment centre which is designed to be an incubator / rental space for visiting and establishing professional and alternative health care providers. It is located in Leader, SK a regional hub which is home to approximately 900 residents and the typical drawing area extends to Fox Valley (South) , Lancer (West) Eatonia (North). The two anchor businesses in the building are Southwest Therapeutics and Ealasaid Conceptions. In addition to the two anchor businesses there is opportunity for a complementary professional or alternative health practitioner to establish their business within a 200 sq/ft office space with a large street view, dedicated signage and 24-hour building access. In addition to the long-term rental space there is the Day-Space area, which can be rented on a short term and/or daily basis. There is also the opportunity for onsite storage of any equipment and / or products necessary to conduct business while renting the Day-Space.
