Thank you to my wonderful patients, family and friends for supporting me during this transitional part of my life.

I am so excited to continue to grow as a chiropractor and mom this upcoming year.

✨This is why I am offering my Postnatal Rehab Series: Level One!

✨ The next session is Tuesday January 6 - Thursday January 29

✨Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-2pm (8 classes over 4 weeks)

✨A typical 60min class includes progressions of:
➰breathwork
➰core + pelvic floor rehab
➰upper + lower body strengthening
➰total body conditioning

I’m very excited to announce I will be back working at Buzek Chiropractic Clinic in January!

I will be starting back Wednesday January 7th. I will be back in the office on Wednesdays from 2:30-5:30pm.

I’m very excited to announce I will be back working at Stibbard Chiropractic in November!!

I will be starting back Tuesday November 4th. Hours are Tuesday 2-5pm and Thursday 10am-1pm and one Saturday a month to start (hours TBD).
