After years of helping people (including myself) make substantial diet changes, I realized something - water, duh!
You may think that I'm going to tell you what everyone else tells you....
Water is important, you need to drink half your body weight in ounces daily, blah blah blah.
While this is true - I realized that that advice was too generic. After running many labs on many different people, I realized water was more a source of toxicity than food!
We are so hyper focused on what diet and food to eat, we are not focusing at all on what type of WATER we should be drinking.
From the research I've done, and the cases I've worked on, your choice of water is far more critical than any diet.
❌Tap water - insanely toxic and a source of many infections, parasites, heavy metals, chemicals, and radiation.
❌Bottled water - full of plastics and studies show it's basically tap water in a more toxic container.
❌Alkaline water - most people are not producing enough stomach acid as it is, I am not a fan.
❌Filtered water (fridge, Brita, etc) - Carbon filters are great for filtering out VOC's, but that's about it.
❌Well water - horrible. I have not tested a single person drinking well water who hasn't been incredibly toxic. The manganese, iron, arsenic, and other toxins are abundant in well water and no filter seems to be able to remove the toxicities I'm seeing.
❌Reverse Osmosis - This helps with filtration but from what I can tell leads to serious calcification issues in the body. If you drink Reverse Osmosis water - do you have joint pain/stiffness?
👌A Berkey Filter or a filter from pure effects are a decent pick. There are certain filters from pure effects that will filter out uranium and other radiation, so they both get a thumbs up. Although these are quality filters, they are not the top choice.
✅Distillation - This is the only process that removes radiation from the water and radiation is a huge problem. Uranium, radium, thallium, cesium etc. has been found in abundance in drinking water all across North America and I see it daily on patient labs. While distillation also removes minerals, it's easy to restructure water simply by adding a drop of trace minerals or sea salt. In my opinion, this is the only safe choice.
