⭐ Ewyn Protein Brownies (Low-Carb, Low-Fat)⭐️
Moist, chocolatey, high-protein, and super simple.
Ingredients (makes 6–9 brownies)
1 cup canned pumpkin (unsweetened)
2 scoops Ewyn chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 egg whites (or 1 whole egg if you need a fat serving)
2–3 tbsp granulated stevia (or to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
Optional: pinch of salt, sugar-free chocolate chips (count as a treat)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix pumpkin, egg whites (or egg), vanilla, and stevia until smooth.
Stir in cocoa, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
Spread batter into a small greased or parchment-lined baking dish.
Bake 18–22 minutes, depending on how fudgy you like them.
Let cool completely before cutting (firms up as it cools).
