We’re honoured to introduce RÍSA, our newest Nordic wellness ritual, inspired by the Old Norse word meaning to rise or stand again.

RÍSA is a trauma-informed experience designed to help regulate the nervous system, release held tension, and gently guide the body from rest back into clarity and presence. It includes guided breathwork, grounding touch, warming elements, and a soft reawakening to close.

This ritual also carries deeper meaning for us. A portion of each RÍSA booking supports Riseup Society Alberta, a local organization providing counselling and recovery support for individuals affected by intimate partner violence.
