Feeling the burn from acid reflux? 💥 Before you reach for meds, here’s a simple acupressure routine you can try to help calm your stomach naturally 👇
1️⃣ Zhongwan (CV12)
Located midway between the bottom of your breastbone and your belly button.
👉 Gently press with two fingers in slow, circular motions for 1–2 minutes. This point is commonly used to relax the stomach and ease acid discomfort.
2️⃣ Neiguan (PC6)
Found on your inner forearm, about three finger-widths below your wrist crease.
👉 Apply firm but comfortable pressure for about 1 minute. It may help reduce nausea and that tight, uneasy feeling in your chest.
3️⃣ Zusanli (ST36)
About four finger-widths below your kneecap, slightly to the outside of your shin.
👉 Massage slowly for 2–3 minutes to support digestion and overall gut function.
4️⃣ Don’t skip this:
Finish with slow, deep breathing—inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth. This helps your body relax and enhances the overall effect.
✨ Try this daily or whenever symptoms start. It’s not a miracle cure, but many people find it helps support digestion in a natural way.
