Teen Yoga : 13-16yrs
Body + Mind : Real Life Practice
Tuesdays, 4:30-5:30pm, April 14 - May 5
$60 + tax for 4 classes
This class is a space for teens to slow down, connect, and learn how to navigate real life- both in the body and the mind.
Each session begins with 15 minutes of guided conversation and reflection, creating space to learn about stress, emotions, and the ups and downs of being human in a way that feels grounded and relatable. From there, we move into a 45-minute embodied flow to release tension, build strength, and reconnect with the body.
Along the way, students will be introduced to simple, practical tools to help regulate stress, manage overwhelm, and feel more steady, both on and off the mat.
No yoga experience is needed. This is not about being flexible or "good" at yoga- it's about learning how to be with yourself, just as you are.
A supportive, real, and welcoming space for teens to build awareness, resilience, and a deeper sense of connection. Quiet and reflective teens are most welcome- this is taught from a trauma-informed lens, and no one is put on the spot. Every effort is made to ensure that each participant feels safe, seen and supported.
