A nurturing 4-week prenatal series designed to support expecting parents through mindful movement, connection, and shared experience. Each session includes gentle, prenatal-safe yoga to support strength, mobility, circulation, and ease in the changing body, followed by grounded conversation on the mat. This closing circle offers space to share, ask questions, and connect with others preparing for birth and early parenthood.
Pregnancy is a season of profound transition - physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It can be beautiful, uncertain, empowering, and overwhelming, sometimes all at once. During this time, community matters deeply. Being surrounded by others who are walking a similar path can bring reassurance, confidence, and a sense of belonging.
Over the four weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to build trust in your body, deepen your connection to your breath and baby, and form meaningful relationships with fellow expecting parents. This series is designed to offer steadiness, presence, and support as you prepare for birth and beyond- a place to slow down, be seen, and feel held during this transformative chapter.
