Heartsong Wellness now has a cancellation policy. This is something I've put off for over 2 decades, but finally decided to add one since receiving 2 "no shows" in one very busy week.

Heartsong Wellness now requires at least 24 hours notice, if you need to cancel your appointment, to avoid a $40 cancellation fee. This allows me to schedule other clients in your time slot.

Summer time delish! Lettuce, tomato, chives and nasturtiums from the garden! I'll top it with homemade dressing and yum, yum, yum!

People ask what I do to reduce stress in my life.

One of the things I do, is I get outside in the fresh air. I breathe in the amazing aromas of nature. I have also been singing while I walk my dogs. I don't sing because I'm happy; I'm happy because I sing! :)

Did you know? Singing not only improves our mood and reduces stress/anxiety but it helps to support our immune system! It even increases oxygen flow to all parts of the body.

I also enjoy my stress reducing essential oils. I'll post on my Joyful Essentials by Heartsong page, which oils I enjoy.
