“Niko at The Bridge brings physiotherapy to the next level with research-driven analysis, supported by practical approaches. Seriously, I’ve been to a lot of physiotherapists over the years for high-impact and endurance sports that led to injury, surgery, physio, repeat. Niko and The Bridge have set the bar.” - James

Today was the last day of work at The Bridge as a Massage Therapist for Keaton Craig.

Keaton has been with us since we opened nearly 5 years ago. He is a true OG! He has been in the massage profession for nearly 10 years total.

He has been an integral part of the growth at The Bridge of the clinic over the last 5 years. Anyone who knows Keaton knows that he is great with his hands, but what stood out to us and all his patients was how compassionate, caring, and collaborative he has been. He has always been passionate to make sure all his patients get the best experience possible when they come to The Bridge.

Keaton has been such a strong cultural piece for our clinic. He embraced our core values and mission. He took some hard physiological challenges for our team at countless mountain trail races over the years. We can truly say from start to finish this guy has left The Bridge in a better place.🏔️🏅

Keaton will continue to offer personal training at The Bridge on a limited basis. Outside of that he looks forward to a new career and adventure going forward. We wish him all the best and we cannot thank him enough!😊

We’re so proud to be partnered with the Lethbridge Hurricanes () as their jersey sponsor this season. Our entire team is incredibly excited to bring the next level of player care and performance to these exceptional athletes.

By leveraging the same objective testing systems trusted by the NHL, NFL, and NBA, we’re taking the guesswork out of training and recovery. From strength profiling to return-to-sport testing, every decision is backed by real data for detailed, individualized insights.

This is the new standard. Personalized and precise. Built for elite performance.

Shoutout to two of our young standout athletes at The Bridge YQL, star sisters of the gridiron, Alaxis and Taya.

At the 2025 U18 National Football Championships, Alaxis, who rehabbed an ACL injury with us, earned U18 Female Defensive Player of the Tournament and an All-Star nod, helping Team Alberta take down Ontario to bring home the gold in the process 🥇

Both girls were selected to their Female Football Alberta squads (Alaxis for U18 and Taya for U16) and Taya’s U16 Alberta team also beat British Columbia in the Battle of the Rockies.

Proud of their quiet work paying off in some big moments!

We are so excited to welcome Wes Bowie as a new Physiotherapist at The Bridge!

Born and raised in Lethbridge, Wes has been passionate about sports for most of his life, competing in football, rugby, and basketball. Through these pursuits, he experienced firsthand the challenges of injuries, including sprained ankles, broken bones, and significant knee injuries such as PCL and meniscal tears.

Wes earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge before completing a Master’s in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta.

With a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice, Wes takes an active approach to treating musculoskeletal injuries. His background as a CSEP-certified personal trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach has shaped his physiotherapy philosophy, combining hands-on techniques with targeted exercises to help clients get back to the activities they love.

Outside the clinic, Wes stays active through powerlifting (squat, bench, deadlift), bouldering, snowboarding, golfing, and exploring the outdoors.

We’re thrilled to introduce Ruthanne Wittke, the newest physiotherapist at our Lethbridge clinic! But Ruthanne is no stranger to The Bridge. She first joined us as support staff in Lethbridge before pursuing her physiotherapy degree at the University of Alberta.

While in school, she continued to work with our Sherwood Park team, gaining valuable experience and staying connected to her passion for movement and rehab. Now, she’s back home in Lethbridge to kickstart her professional career as a physiotherapist.

Ruthanne combines her academic background with her unique creative edge. With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a fine arts background in dance and music, she blends evidence-based care with a deep understanding of movement. Her active treatment style focuses on exercise and education, helping patients move past their pain and achieve their goals.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Ruthanne hiking, strength training, practicing pilates, or enjoying a good mystery novel.

Join us in welcoming Ruthanne back to Lethbridge and to the next phase of her journey at The Bridge!

Ready to work with her? Book your appointment today through the link in our bio.

The Bridge is proud to support Ronald McDonald House this Christmas Season

Ronald McDonald House Charities Alberta is helping families with seriously ill children experience the magic of the season through their Santa Sacks Program.🎅 This initiative provides gifts for every family member, from infants and children to parents, grandparents, and caregivers, easing financial burden of the holidays and creating moments of joy during a challenging time.

This year, The Bridge is proud to partner with RMHC to support this meaningful cause. When visiting our clinic, you can bring gifts to place under our Christmas tree. These donations will go directly to the children and families staying at the House, spreading holiday cheer and showing the generosity of our community.

Together we can make this season brighter for those who need it most. 🎁🎄
