Today was the last day of work for long time Bridge member Payton Sandau.

Payton has been with us for the last 4 years. She started as a Patient Experience Representative and after a few years she was promoted to being our Patient Experience Lead.

Payton has been a familiar and bright face for us over the years. She worked really hard to build a reputation at The Bridge that the front end staff were welcoming, friendly, and energetic for anyone who stepped into the clinic.

She always was willing to do whatever was needed around our space so our operations ran smoothly and so patients could have the best experience possible.

Payton was always super fun to have at staff events. She understood the importance of also having fun together to build strong relationships with in our internal Bridge community.

Payton looks forward to continuing to pursue her training and work as a nurse. As she now is dedicating more of her schooling and work time into nursing she will no longer have to do trail races and run into grizzly bears in the mountain with The Bridge trail race teams🐻!

We wish her all the best with her school and career going forward!

With the baseball preseason coming into focus, we’re proud to partner with Prairie Baseball Academy, the Lethbridge Longhorns, and the Lethbridge Bulls to deliver comprehensive strength & conditioning, injury rehab, and performance testing using VALD technology.

This partnership is driven by our motivation to support serious athletes with a data-informed approach to rehab and performance. Objective testing and ongoing monitoring help guide smarter training decisions, reduce injury risk, and support confident return-to-play.

Today was the last day of work at The Bridge as a Massage Therapist for Keaton Craig.

Keaton has been with us since we opened nearly 5 years ago. He is a true OG! He has been in the massage profession for nearly 10 years total.

He has been an integral part of the growth at The Bridge of the clinic over the last 5 years. Anyone who knows Keaton knows that he is great with his hands, but what stood out to us and all his patients was how compassionate, caring, and collaborative he has been. He has always been passionate to make sure all his patients get the best experience possible when they come to The Bridge.

Keaton has been such a strong cultural piece for our clinic. He embraced our core values and mission. He took some hard physiological challenges for our team at countless mountain trail races over the years. We can truly say from start to finish this guy has left The Bridge in a better place.🏔️🏅

Keaton will continue to offer personal training at The Bridge on a limited basis. Outside of that he looks forward to a new career and adventure going forward. We wish him all the best and we cannot thank him enough!😊

Shoutout to two of our young standout athletes at The Bridge YQL, star sisters of the gridiron, Alaxis and Taya.

At the 2025 U18 National Football Championships, Alaxis, who rehabbed an ACL injury with us, earned U18 Female Defensive Player of the Tournament and an All-Star nod, helping Team Alberta take down Ontario to bring home the gold in the process 🥇

Both girls were selected to their Female Football Alberta squads (Alaxis for U18 and Taya for U16) and Taya’s U16 Alberta team also beat British Columbia in the Battle of the Rockies.

About Us: A multidisciplinary clinic that integrates physiotherapy, chiropractic, strength & conditioning, and massage therapy to provide evidence-based rehabilitation and performance care.

We’re looking for a physiotherapist who is:

♦️ Committed to evidence-informed practice and continuing education
♦️ Interested in working within a collaborative, team-based model of care
♦️ Skilled in both exercise-based rehab and manual therapy
♦️ Comfortable working with a wide range of patients, from young athletes to active professionals
