🌱 Growing Up Isn’t Always Easy
Big life changes are part of growing up—starting high school, shifting friendships, exploring identity, moving homes, or navigating family changes.
While these transitions can bring excitement, they can also stir up anxiety, sadness, or feelings of being “lost.”
For some youth, the pressure to adapt can feel overwhelming, affecting school performance, self-esteem, and relationships.
