Today is National Coffee Break Day, a gentle reminder that intentional pauses can support our mental well-being and help us reconnect with the present moment.
I invite you to take a mindful coffee break today. With your drink of choice (coffee or tea), take a few moments to engage your senses:
• What do you notice as you look at your cup?
• What scents rise as you pause to breathe?
• What do you taste? (Careful—it’s hot.)
• What do you feel, both in your hands and in your body?
