Today we’re celebrating 5 years of wellness, collaboration, and community at Refresh!

For the past five years, our space has been home to a passionate group of independent multidisciplinary practitioners offering acupuncture, massage, and therapy, all with the goal of supporting the health and well-being of our community.

This milestone is a reflection of the incredible practitioners who share their expertise here, and the amazing clients who trust us with their care.

To celebrate our continued success and commitment to giving back, we were proud to present a donation to the Child Advocacy Centre.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of these first five years. We’re so grateful to grow, heal, and support this community together. Here’s to many more!
