A peer support group for older adults in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community

We have had quite a few people asking for something like this, so we are partnering with to launch our new 50+ peer support group.

If you are not a q***r older adult, perhaps you know one. Pass the word.

On Trans Day of Visibility, we honour the courage, creativity, strength, and brilliance of our trans and gender-diverse siblings and friends all around the world. Their/our existence is an act of resistance that allows our communities to see themselves reflected in the world.
But visibility does not come without risk. Trans, non-binary, and genderq***r people are met with discrimination, threats of harm, coordinated hate, and violence simply for existing in public.
For that reason, we, with our co-conspirators, will continue working together to ensure that visibility becomes not a burden, but a path to being valued, protected, cherished, empowered and free.

Puberty blockers are medications that pause the physical changes of puberty.

They are:

✅Reversible - puberty resumes if the medication stops

✅Safe - used in pediatric medicine for decades

✅Supportive - give a child time to explore their gender without added stress

They are not:

❌Surgery

❌Permanent

❌ A decision kids or parents make alone

Doctors carefully assess each child before prescribing. Parents or guardians are involved every step of the way.

Puberty blockers can reduce distress and support mental health for gender-diverse adolescents.

Stitch, learn, and reclaim bodily knowledge in this hands-on workshop blending a guided beading circle with decolonial anatomy teachings. Together we’ll explore vulvar anatomy, language, consent, and pleasure.
