What an incredible Spinal Flow Immersive this has been. I have been so blessed to teach such extraordinary people and watch them transform before my eyes. So much healing has happened, and their bodies have completely shifted from the moment they arrived on Day One. ✨🌟

We spend so much of life letting the mind lead, but our greatest transformation happens when we allow the heart to guide us. 💓

Today, students experienced what happens when the Spinal Flow travels through the spine. The heart activates, and the healing that follows is extraordinary.

When clients are moved onto their backs, we can see the heart taking the lead, radiating healing throughout the body. Watching this unfold is a gift every single time. ✨

When our bodies are overloaded with stress and cannot process it, that stress stores as spinal blockages. Physical and chemical stressors often store closer to the surface, but emotional stressors go much deeper into the spine and nervous system.

Today in our Spinal Flow Immersive, we guided students to find the emotional stress that may have been stored in the body from early childhood. We explored how to locate it, and more importantly, how to support clients in releasing it so it no longer needs to be held in the body.

It was a day of transformation. So much was released and people’s spines are now moving with greater freedom. Years of stored emotion were let go, making space for healing. 💗
