Healing doesn’t have an age limit.

This story came from Lisa at Wave Spinal Flow Studio in Nova Scotia, and it’s a gentle reminder of how adaptable the body really is.

Her client had lived most of his life with a deep spinal curve. His system had learned how to compensate and hold itself together over many years.

After a few Spinal Flow sessions, there was a noticeable softening. His posture began to shift without being pushed or corrected. His nervous system looked calmer. Everyday functions felt less strained.

Nothing was forced. Nothing was rushed.
