Some great feedback from busy husband and father N.K. about his experience dropping 39lbs doing an online program with last spring. *He did drop another 7 lbs after the last pics shown
First of all, I want to thank you, Justin, for all the help and support you’ve given me over the past three months. I never imagined I could achieve the kind of weight loss I have—and in such a short amount of time.
To anyone out there who thinks dieting is a joke, that it's too hard, or that it just doesn’t work—this is for you. I used to feel the same way. I tried multiple diets over the years in an effort to stop my ever-growing waistline, but my low willpower always got the best of me. I’d cheat constantly, give up within weeks, and eventually stopped trying altogether.
Then a friend referred me to Impact Nutrition. Over a three-month period, I watched him lose 29 pounds working with Justin. I thought, if he can do it, why can’t I?
I started in January 2025 at 243 lbs. By mid-April, I was down to 204 lbs. That’s 39 pounds lost—and I’m not kidding. And the best part? I didn’t need a gym membership, I didn’t have to starve myself, and I didn’t follow some crazy restrictive program. I simply followed a straightforward nutrition plan and walked for 30 minutes, 4-5 times a week.
This truly works.
If you're like me—someone who wants change but is afraid of dieting or spending hours at the gym—I strongly encourage you to reach out to the Impact Nutrition team. I felt motivated throughout the entire process, and despite fearing things like sugar withdrawals or other detox symptoms, I experienced none of that.
My wife also joined Impact Nutrition at the same time and worked with Gen and lost 28th. We were given similar meal plans and routines that allowed us to support each other and succeed together.
I’ve now been in the maintenance phase for a month and haven’t gained a single pound back. I’ve simply continued the healthy habits I built during the program.
You won’t regret this. It starts with one simple email, being honest with yourself, and committing to the plan.
Thank you again, Justin, for everything
