We once again had the honour of handling the nutrition protocol for Lee "The Gladiator" Mein leading into his Bare Knuckle Boxing Heavyweight title fight tonight. Lee is a long time Canadian MMA and Jiu jitsu coach, for athletes all the way from the amateur ranks to the UFC, coaching out of his gym,the Canadian Martial Arts Centre in Lethbridge .lethbridge. As well he himself is a prolific fighter in multiple disciplines (MMA, boxing, bare knuckle boxing). At age 58 Lee is in amazing shape (for any age) and still banging and rocking like a machine. 👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽

Last weekend and competed at the Pro World's in LA. She actually competed both Sat and Sun, placing top 5 on Sat in the amateur show in the Fit Body category, then hit the stage Sun in pro and pro , the categories she has previously won her pro cards in, in both WNBF Open and Masters 40+. There were athletes from around the world competing and the level of competition was impressive. This capped off a big month for Nicole as she just won a WNBF pro figure show in Missouri, 4 weeks earlier. Great work Nicole!! 💪🏽 💪🏽 💪🏽 💪🏽 💪🏽

Great job to Graham McTaggart .mct on becoming a lean machine and hitting the CPA Alberta Fall Naturals stage yesterday in the men's physique category. His first show, he brought his absolute best in a huge class of 14 athletes in the True Novice division, and a super competitive class of 6 athletes in open men's physique C.
It was a tandem coaching effort in that I (coach Justin) from handled the nutrition and cardio program and coaching and longtime .fitness who used to personal train Graham handled his training programs and posing.

One of the greatest transformations I've had the pleasure to be a part of. A few years in the making. Allen Lowe hit the CPA Alberta Fall Naturals stage yesterday and grabbed a trio of second place finishes in (true novice, master's 40+ and open heavyweight). Dropped close to 160lbs during the entire process. Big phase, skin surgery, recovery, build muscle/lean gains phase with intermittent shorter fat loss phases in there to keep in check, and ultimately contest prep. It's been an amazing journey. More important than any trophy is the fact that this man has literally changed his entire life for the positive in the process, both mentally, physically and spiritually. Ditched poor habits for good ones and is a stronger, healthier man and father. The photos say the rest. It's never too late to start.
God is good.

Congratulations to and on WINNING🥇1st place in Pro Figure, 1st place in Masters 40+ Pro Figure and the best presenter award at the pro/am yesterday in Liberty, Missouri. She also stuck around for the amateur show afterwards, as she'd also registered for the Fit Body category as a bonus category to test it out (similar to women's physique as far a posing), placing 5th in the open category and 3rd in masters 40+.

Congratulations to on winning the Bare Knuckle Boxing Heavyweight Title Fight at last weekend! Winning by TKO in under a minute of the first round.
At age 58, with a lifetime dedicated to hard training and coaching fighters to be champions, Lee shows no signs of slowing down. 👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽
Lee hired to handle his nutrition coaching leading up to his fight, with weekly online check-ins, I adjusted things over time to make sure he was lean, strong and able to perform at his best in training and on the day it counted. He himself is an amazing coach, and in turn that made him very coachable on the performance nutrition aspect. At the end of the day, he caught the W with a convincing win. Mission accomplished. Great work Lee!!

, and (of 8 grandkids!) Karen Alexander returned to the stage at 59 years young. Competing in PNBA pro bikini and NPAA Grandmasters Bikini as well as the new sports model category. Walking away with another pro card, this time in sports model (as she is already a PNBA bikini pro). Regardless of the stage accolades, which are impressive, the real win here is that at age 59, after surviving a brain aneurysm that almost took her life a few years ago, Karen is continuing to rock a fit and active life year round, stage or not, and is able to experience the joys of being a fit, healthy and active grandma. Keep crushing it Karen!!!
