My name is Amber!

My goal is to hold space, providing therapy that supports the body, mind and spirit

to unravel the stories beneath the tension and foster lasting transformation. That’s what led me to counselling. Now, I blend somatic wisdom with talk therapy, guiding clients to safely explore the mind-body connection and reclaim wholeness from the inside out. As a compassionate and dedicated Counselling Therapist, my work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we reconnect to our whole self-mind, body and spirit. Through Embodied Path Counselling, I help people move through life’s diverse challenges by blending talk therapy with somatic (body-awareness) techniques, mindfulness, and energy psychology. My work is grounded in the belief that true healing isn’t just about “talking through” problems – it’s about feeling, processing, and reclaiming safety in your whole being. I am registered through ACTA as a Counselling Therapist, holding a Bachelor of Health Sciences – Addictions and Mental Health Counselling, which complements my hands-on experience in bodywork and energy healing. This unique background allows me to support you in:

Noticing and shifting physical patterns of stress or trauma. Reconnecting with your body’s intuition and resilience. Navigating emotional blocks with curiosity, not force. Outside of sessions, I recharge through running, yoga, reading, gaming, too many creative pursuits, and spending time with my partner and our many animals. Just an update on my back to work date!

Due to an unforeseeable life transition during my early recovery from major surgery, I'm having to delay my back to work date by a smidgen (cleared for the week of Feb 9th)! I have had to move homes and therefore my business as well (still will be from my home for massage, and only 3 minutes away from my old location

Hello lovelies! I need to let my wonderful clients know that I have a surgery coming up December 15th, in which I will be needing to take 6 weeks off for recovery (eek!). I haven't got many spaces open before that day, but if you're in need please do let me know and I can try accommodate

I just finished this amazingly insightful book! I highly recommend it to anyone going through the healing process ❤️ it’s so gentle and expansive. Combining Buddhist principles and meditation with the parts work of IFS therapy (two huge aspects of personal interest for me!), it gives such a needed lens to healing trauma and the Self ❤️
