Just an update on my back to work date!

Due to an unforeseeable life transition during my early recovery from major surgery, I'm having to delay my back to work date by a smidgen (cleared for the week of Feb 9th)! I have had to move homes and therefore my business as well (still will be from my home for massage, and only 3 minutes away from my old location

Hello lovelies! I need to let my wonderful clients know that I have a surgery coming up December 15th, in which I will be needing to take 6 weeks off for recovery (eek!). I haven't got many spaces open before that day, but if you're in need please do let me know and I can try accommodate

I just finished this amazingly insightful book! I highly recommend it to anyone going through the healing process ❤️ it’s so gentle and expansive. Combining Buddhist principles and meditation with the parts work of IFS therapy (two huge aspects of personal interest for me!), it gives such a needed lens to healing trauma and the Self ❤️
