May these words rest in your body as safety, remembrance, and love.
This morning,
there was warmth in my hands, sunlight on my face,
no phone, no rush, just breath.
Healing isn’t always a breakthrough.
Sometimes it’s a quiet pause, when your body remembers it doesn’t need to fight or flee.
One sip.
One breath.
One sunrise at a time.
That’s how safety comes home.
