SHARA CORTEL graduated from the Lethbridge College of Massage Therapy Program in 2023 and is accredited by the CANADIAN MASSAGE THERAPY COUNCIL FOR ACCREDITATION, and completed the 2,200-hour of both theory and practice that meet provincial and national Standards. Shara has always had a passion for helping people and is successful in treating stress-related concerns, injuries, and acute Chronic Pains with varied techniques, from *deep tissue therapy to relaxation techniques. She has more than 10 years of experience in massage from the Philippines as well as becoming a Licensed Massage therapist in CANADA. Shara is also a graduate of the administrative office, a Level II child care worker, and a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Psychology. Besides Massage Therapy, Shara enjoys nature, and hiking and Spends most of her time with her husband Ryan, and daughter Yasha as well as a member of Jesus is Lord Church, Lethbridge Family.
