I absolutely enjoyed this training 🧡 especially exploring the connection between yoga nidra and hypnosis. Yogis have recognized the benefits of altered states of consciousness for centuries 🌀another example of how the use of trance has crossed the span of time and cultures.
It’s exciting to think how I may be incorporating this into my work in end-of-life care and positive death awareness. Stay tuned for things to come….. 💫
