Louise is passionate about bringing solutions to people that have issues with mobility, stability, flexibility and/or a lack of range of motion in their chosen life movements or their sports movements. FST is a pain free, table based, assisted stretching therapy that opens space in the joint capsules, then elongates the muscles and fascia to provide better mobility, stability and joint health. Individual assessments of function and mobility determine the specific parameters of assisted stretching to be applied in order to achieve positive outcomes in client function. FST is for all age groups, fitness levels, athletic levels, pro athletes, and for every person looking to improve their quality of movement.
