We’re so excited to introduce our newest RMT, Karla — a passionate therapist who graduated from Lethbridge College in 2019 and brings 7 years of massage experience to every treatment.

🌿 Karla brings a relaxation-focused flow with therapeutic intent - blending calming, restorative work with targeted techniques to help you feel your best. She also offers prenatal massage and has a passion for cupping therapy as a part of her customized treatment plan.
🐈‍⬛ When she’s not in the clinic (or battling the occasional migraine), you’ll find her spending time with her cats or planning her next adventure.

We had such a blast at our work Christmas party with our team! 🎄 From cracking codes at the escape room to enjoying some delicious pizza from and a fun round of Secret Santa, it was an evening full of laughs and memories. We wish more of our amazing staff could have joined, but even if we’re not all pictured, Merry Christmas from all of us at Elevated Therapy! ❤️
