🎉 A Landmark Success Story 🎉

Today we celebrate Ed, who has been part of our program for nearly 24 years! Ed has decided to take an exciting new step and move in with his family. While we’re sad to see him go, we couldn’t be prouder of the incredible progress he’s made over the years.

As a special farewell gift, the Lethbridge Hurricanes donated a jersey to Ed—because if you know Ed, you know he’s a HUGE fan! 🏒

Farewell and good luck, Ed! You are living proof that with support and determination, people can succeed.

We never truly know what someone is going through. A simple conversation with a colleague can make a big difference. Let them know it's okay to seek help and that you're there for them.

Small acts of kindness can go a long way in creating a supportive and caring work environment.

CAMH has valuable resources available to help you start real, stigma-breaking conversations with someone who may be struggling.
