✨ Meet Anastasia – Our Graduate Counselling Intern ✨

We’re so excited to welcome Anastasia to our Couples to Cradles team!

🌎 One of the incredible things about Anastasia? She offers sessions in English, Spanish, and Russian — making therapy more accessible for clients who feel most comfortable in their first language.

💡 She works with teens and adults navigating:

Anxiety & depression

Relationship struggles

Stress, burnout & self-esteem

Disordered eating & body image concerns

Emotional regulation & life transitions

Here’s the best part: as a graduate intern, Anastasia’s sessions are currently free for the first session, and just $10 after that. She is supervised closely by Registered Psychologists Caitlin and Chelsea — so when you work with Anastasia, you actually get the support of two professionals guiding your care.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll probably find her hiking, swimming, handcrafting candles, sketching, curled up with a fantasy novel… or catching up on her favorite reality TV shows.
